Roger Blier
Chairman and Founder
Bachelor of ETS Montreal, Roger has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. He is in charge of the company technical development and of its manufacturing processes. For him, nothing seems impossible. Up until now, we have helped our clients every time they’ve had a problem. If we must invent the solution, we will.
Denise Ste-Marie
Vice President of Operations and Founder
Denise has a strong training in management as well as more than 20 years of experience in the cosmetic industry. She is in charge of the development of the production methods, the management and the administration.
Denis Martin
Director of research, development and quality control
Denis is a member of the Ordre des chimistes du Québec. He possesses a significant expertise of formulation and development of products as well as products quality and of business reglementations (Gillette et Avon Canada). He contributed to technical comitees of the industry, served with the CCTFA and has been president of the ASQ (Montreal).
Virginie Gélinas
Director of marketing and client service
Virginie owns a Bachelor in business administration, specialized in marketing, as well as a technical DEC in coordination of office work. She is in charge of the customers relations and of every marketing aspect of the company.
Marie-Ève Blier
Production foreman
Marie-Eve works here since the very beginning of the company and she has been our production foreman for 8 years now. She is currently studying in order to obtain a certificate in business administration at the Université du Québec en Outaouais. This will help her to take over the family business later. Finally, she knows how to enforce the strict standards of the company, to be rigorous regarding the general operations as well as to respond efficiently to the demands of the clients.
